Remote Education Program For Refugees & Marginalized Students

Only 2 out of 10 refugee adolescents currently attend school (Source: Refugee Education in Crisis: UNHCR). To address this pressing issue in Jordan—home to one of the world's largest refugee populations—HIF is dedicated to enabling refugee and marginalized students to continue their high school education at their own pace, regardless of their circumstances. As a groundbreaking initiative, HIF is the only non-profit in Jordan partnered with an accredited education platform. By October 2020, we successfully enrolled and launched two cohorts, with three more cohorts joining our program in December and January 2021. As our student waitlist continues to grow, we appeal for your support to help expand access to education for these underserved communities.
